As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will provide high-level administrative, organisational and operational support to the General Manager.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules, meetings, documents, communications and business activities. This position is suitable for a mature and experienced professional who is discreet, detail-oriented and confident working with senior management.

The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, as the role involves communication with Chinese-speaking clients, business partners and stakeholders.

Organise travel arrangements, accommodation and business itineraries when required.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, employees and business partners in a professional manner.
Translate or assist with communication between English-speaking and Chinese-speaking parties.
Maintain accurate, organised and confidential company records.
Monitor deadlines, action items and follow-up tasks.
Assist the General Manager with business projects, events and daily operations.
Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Business Administrator or in a similar senior administration role.

Previous experience working in an Australian business environment is desirable.
Australian work rights are required.
A current Australian driver’s licence is desirable but not essential.
