Full Job Description

At VanDough, we are passionate about creating great food, delivering outstanding customer service, and building a positive workplace where our team can grow and succeed.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our Brown Plains store.

About the Role

As a Bakery & Café Team Member, you will be responsible for:

Providing friendly and professional customer service
Preparing and serving coffee, drinks, and food
Operating the POS system and handling transactions
Maintaining product displays and stock levels
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
Keeping the store clean, organised, and food-safe
Working as part of a supportive and fast-paced team

What We're Looking For

✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

✅ Excellent customer service skills

✅ Reliable and punctual

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✅ Flexible availability, including weekends

✅ Previous café, bakery, hospitality, or retail experience is preferred but not essential

✅ Barista experience is highly regarded
