Full Job Description

Biteme Banhmi Bakery in Crowley Vale is seeking an experienced and passionate Baker/ Pastry Cook to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our bakery, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious and high-quality baked goods that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
Monitoring oven temperatures and assessing product appearance to determine optimal baking times.
Decorate and finish baked goods with precision and attention to detail.
Examining the quality of raw materials, as well as weighing and measuring ingredients to ensure that stocks are received in a proper quantity and quality.
Performing tasks such as kneading, maturing, cutting, molding, mixing, and shaping dough and pastry goods.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute production schedules.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Baker, with a strong understanding of baking techniques and methods.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food preparation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.

Salary and Benefits:

Annual salary ranging from AUD 75,000 to AUD 80,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.
Full-time position
