About Us
We are a well-established joinery company delivering high-quality custom solutions across both commercial and residential projects. Our work ranges from bespoke residential fit-outs to large-scale commercial joinery, with a strong focus on precision, functionality, and design excellence.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PYTHA Drafter to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about joinery who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of both manufacturing and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed shop drawings using PYTHA software for both residential and commercial joinery projects
Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and client requirements
Produce accurate cutting lists, CNC-ready files, and production documentation
Liaise with project managers, designers, and factory teams to ensure seamless workflow
Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Assist with design development and problem-solving where required
Maintain drawing registers and ensure documentation is up to date

Skills & Experience

Proven experience using PYTHA for joinery drafting
Strong understanding of joinery construction methods and materials
Experience in both residential and commercial projects (preferred)
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
