About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PYTHA Drafter to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about joinery who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of both manufacturing and installation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings using PYTHA software for both residential and commercial joinery projects
- Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and client requirements
- Produce accurate cutting lists, CNC-ready files, and production documentation
- Liaise with project managers, designers, and factory teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Assist with design development and problem-solving where required
- Maintain drawing registers and ensure documentation is up to date
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience using PYTHA for joinery drafting
- Strong understanding of joinery construction methods and materials
- Experience in both residential and commercial projects (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Salary is indicative only and will be discussed during the interview process, based on experience and qualifications

Pay: $62,263.16 – $90,000.00 per year
