In this role, you will:
Lead, develop and hold accountable a team of three direct reports, setting the standard for service delivery, culture and performance across the precinct
Own the client relationship with Charter Hall, translating day-to-day operations into clear, confident reporting and building a trusted long-term partnership
Oversee the full facilities management (FM) regime across two premium A-grade towers including essential services compliance, contractor management, and planned and reactive maintenance
Manage budgets, contracts, capital works and lifecycle planning across the precinct
Drive active project management activity including the repositioning of one of the towers, a genuine career development opportunity for the right candidate
About You You are already operating at a senior level on a quality asset. You know how to lead people, manage a demanding client, and run a building with precision. This role gives you the platform to do it at precinct scale.
Current or recent experience as a Senior Facilities Manager or FM team lead on a premium commercial office or institutional-grade asset in Melbourne's CBD or inner metro
Proven team leadership with a track record of developing and holding accountable a team of direct reports
