We are committed to delivering premium client experiences and fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our growing team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will perform duties including:

Providing professional hair consultations and advice on hair care and styling;
Cutting, colouring and styling hair using advanced techniques;
Performing balayage, foiling, highlighting, tinting and colour correction services;
Shampooing hair and treating scalp conditions;
Blow drying, straightening, curling and creating upstyles;
Recommending hair care and retail products to clients;
Building and maintaining strong client relationships;
Assisting in mentoring junior stylists and apprentices;
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment and sanitising equipment;
Participating in team education and professional development activities.

Skills and Experience

Applicants should possess:

Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent international qualification);
A minimum of three years' relevant hairdressing experience;
Demonstrated experience in cutting, colouring and styling services;
Experience in balayage, highlighting and advanced colour techniques;
Excellent customer service and communication skills;
Ability to work effectively within a team environment;
A passion for hairdressing and continuous professional development.
