We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our growing team in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will perform duties including:
- Providing professional hair consultations and advice on hair care and styling;
- Cutting, colouring and styling hair using advanced techniques;
- Performing balayage, foiling, highlighting, tinting and colour correction services;
- Shampooing hair and treating scalp conditions;
- Blow drying, straightening, curling and creating upstyles;
- Recommending hair care and retail products to clients;
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships;
- Assisting in mentoring junior stylists and apprentices;
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment and sanitising equipment;
- Participating in team education and professional development activities.
Skills and Experience

Applicants should possess:
- Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent international qualification);
- A minimum of three years' relevant hairdressing experience;
- Demonstrated experience in cutting, colouring and styling services;
- Experience in balayage, highlighting and advanced colour techniques;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment;
- A passion for hairdressing and continuous professional development.
