Flower Hotels is a family-run business with 9 thriving hospitality venues across the NSW Mid North Coast, including Beechwood Hotel, Fernhill Tavern, Hastings Hotel, Lake Cathie Tavern, Little Shack, Mercure, Birdrock Bar & Grill, Settlers Inn Hotel, and Tacking Point Tavern. We pride ourselves for the great food, friendly atmosphere, and strong connections to local communities.

We are currently seeking Flexible and Passionate Chefs or Cooks to join one of our dynamic venue teams in a part-time or full-time position. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your skills and experience and contribute to the performance of the specific kitchen team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' culinary experience and must be Australian citizens.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide culinary support across various venues
Prepare and plate high-quality meals
Demonstrate expertise in pub/bistro style cuisine
Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure productivity
Assist with menu development and contribute to special offerings
Manage food costs, stock, and orders when required
Maintain food safety, quality standards, and compliance
Hold current food safety certification upon commencement
Step into leadership roles when necessary
Support and drive the team
