We’re seeking a Senior Designer/Architect for data centre peer review, documentation and delivery, driving strong design, client and team outcomes.

About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Designer / Senior Architect to join our Infrastructure team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects, with a particular focus on data centre peer review, production and detailed documentation. In this role, you’ll undertake detailed architectural and technical work with minimal supervision, leading or assisting in project delivery while ensuring positive design, client, team, and financial outcomes.
About You
We are excited to welcome someone with the following qualifications:
You will have:
5+ years post graduate experience, preferably registered.
Advanced knowledge of design principles, building materials, construction methods, codes, standards, and regulations.
Strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, 3D software, Microsoft Suite, AMS and New Forma.
Advanced design and documentation skills across all project stages.
Data centre experience is preferred, but not essential. Relevant complex building experience with heavy services coordination such as laboratories, advanced manufacturing, rail or aviation will be looked at favourably.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey design intent.
Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and delegated tasks with minimal supervision.
Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, with the ability to guide and support junior staff.
A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth, staying current with industry standards and trends.
