Due to sustained growth and a strong project pipeline, opportunities now exist for Senior Architects and Associate-level Architects to join the Adelaide team.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role within a respected multidisciplinary environment, working alongside experienced architects, designers and project leaders on projects that make a lasting impact.
You will play a key role in the delivery of complex projects from concept through to completion while maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and consultant teams.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading projects across all phases of design and delivery
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Providing technical and design leadership
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
- Contributing to project pursuits and business development initiatives
About You
You are a confident and capable Architect who enjoys balancing design excellence with project leadership and client engagement.
To be successful, you will possess:
- Registration as an Architect in Australia
- Proven experience delivering complex architectural projects
- Strong design, documentation and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within Defence, government, workplace, commercial or industrial sectors
- Proficiency in Revit and contemporary project delivery methodologies
- Eligibility to obtain a Defence Security Clearance is highly regarded
