The Role
We are seeking motivated Medical Imaging Assistants to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role supporting MRI technologists, radiographers and sonographers in the delivery of high-quality patient care and imaging services.
The role offers excellent exposure to the medical imaging profession and is ideal for individuals considering a future career in radiography, sonography, nursing or other allied health fields.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing patients for imaging examinations
- Assisting patients with mobility and positioning requirements
- Supporting MRI technologists, radiographers and sonographers during clinical workflows
- Maintaining examination rooms and clinical equipment
- Managing patient flow and ensuring smooth clinic operations
- Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks as required
- Ensuring a safe, professional and welcoming environment for patients
- Delivering exceptional patient-centred care
- Supporting infection control and workplace safety procedures
