About the role As Clinic Manager, you'll oversee the daily running of the clinic — keeping our chiropractors, chiro assistants, and patients supported so everything flows seamlessly. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends people management, systems oversight, and patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting chiropractors and CAs to maintain smooth clinic flow
- Overseeing front desk operations, scheduling, and patient communications
- Mentoring and coordinating the CA team day-to-day
- Driving efficiency across internal systems and clinic communications
- Contributing to practice marketing, events, and patient engagement
What we're looking for
- Allied health experience is essential — previous front desk or admin experience in chiropractic, physiotherapy, or a similar setting
- Strong organisational skills with a knack for keeping multiple moving parts on track
- A natural leader and communicator, confident mentoring a small team
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude with a genuine love of people
- Passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences
Role details
- Permanent full-time | approx. 38 hours per week
- $61,000 – $69,000 + superannuation (based on experience)
- Reports to the Admin & Marketing Manager
- On-site role — Parade Chiropractic, Kent Town SA
