About the Role

We are seeking experienced mechanical fitters and fabrication tradespeople to join our teams at the Pinjarra and Wagerup Refineries. In this hands-on role, you will maintain, repair and improve critical fixed plant equipment, helping to maximise safety, reliability and operational performance across our operations. Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, you will apply your trade expertise to planned maintenance, fault finding and breakdown repair activities. We have current vacancies available, as well as opportunities to join our talent pool for future positions.

What you can bring to the role

Trade qualification in a mechanical discipline.
Strong maintenance, fault-finding and repair experience on fixed plant or heavy industrial equipment.
A commitment to safe work practices and a proactive approach to risk management.
The ability to diagnose equipment issues and deliver practical, effective solutions.
Strong planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on equipment reliability and performance.
Leading Hand experience highly regarded
