About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in Canning Vale. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by handling enquiries, processing orders, and supporting our sales operations.

This is a permanent part-time position working Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (3 days per week), with flexibility in days and working hours offering a great work-life balance.

In this Role

Manage inbound customer calls and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions
Maintain customer accounts and ensure data accuracy
Support outbound customer engagement and sales initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in customer service in Foodservice or FMCG environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
