About the Job
Are you a Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care? The Mount Private Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to join our established nursing team.
Key functions include:
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, staff and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Providing exceptional customer service and person-centred and evidence-based care
- Providing supervision and preceptorship to Enrolled Nurses, graduates, AINs/PSAs and students
- Working as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team, managing own work time and personal well-being
- Participating in quality improvement projects to support best practice outcomes
About You
You will be an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys working in a supportive multidisciplinary environment across multiple specialities and have an understanding of patient care in a private hospital setting.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration (essential)
At least 3 years’ experience working in an acute surgical/ medical environment or similar
A willingness and availability to work across all shifts, including day, afternoon and night duty shifts
A commitment to providing excellent patient-centred care
An ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and model Healthscope’s values
Experience in intensive care, cardiology and general surgery (desirable)

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope - WA - Nurses and Midwives Agreement – RN classification starting from $40.25 to $53.17 per hour.
