Peak Pilates Studio, part of WA Health Group, is looking for talented and dedicated Pilates instructors to join our growing team at Bicton and beyond. Whether you’re seeking a permanent position or prefer to work as a cover instructor, we have opportunities tailored to your lifestyle and career goals.

Now integrated with WA Health Group’s broader allied health network, we take pride in delivering exceptional clinical care and transitioning patients into exercise therapy for lasting wellness benefits.

The Opportunity

We’re expanding our team and seeking instructors who can bring energy, expertise, and a client-first attitude to our flagship studio in Bicton and future locations in Canning Vale, Murdoch, and Burswood.

As a Permanent Instructor, you’ll:

Deliver high-quality, engaging Pilates classes that cater to a diverse range of clients.
Build meaningful relationships with clients, supporting their long-term health and fitness goals.
Collaborate with a passionate team and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care.

As a Cover Instructor, you’ll:

Step in to teach classes on a flexible schedule that works for you.
Enjoy the chance to work in a supportive studio environment while maintaining your independence.
Expand your experience with a diverse client base and varied class styles.

Are qualified Pilates professionals with experience in reformer and/or mat work.
