About the role
The Legal and Commercial Services Branch is a dynamic team who provide a variety of advice and solutions to support the successful management and delivery of fundamental corporate integrity, governance and risk services. As an Integrity Consultant, you will coordinate the delivery of corporate integrity programs and processes that strengthen stakeholder relationships and uphold Main Roads’ reputation and integrity culture. You will facilitate awareness and application of the Corporate Integrity Framework (CIF) across a range of work scenarios and contribute to promoting ethical conduct and a strong organisational integrity climate.
In this role, you will provide specialist support to gather insights into the state of corporate integrity and associated risks, including assisting with risk identification, assessment, and management processes. You will promote integrity education through presentations and engagement activities, maintain systems for misconduct notifications and reporting, and contribute to the assessment of misconduct allegations and integrity matters.
You will also support the maintenance of integrity controls and risk frameworks and assist in preparing briefing materials and reports. Working collaboratively, you will build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, integrity governance committees, and external oversight agencies.
About You
You have the ability to facilitate delivery of corporate integrity programs and promote understanding of their processes and frameworks in a practical work context.
You are confident in delivering presentations that support ethical conduct and help foster a culture of integrity and self-governance.
You can provide support in identifying, assessing and managing integrity risks, and are capable of contributing to processes relating to misconduct notifications, assessment and reporting. You demonstrate sound judgement and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
With strong interpersonal skills, you build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external. You are able to contribute to collaborative processes and support integrity governance activities while maintaining attention to detail across systems, reporting and documentation.
