This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 6 months with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Position Profile: The Health and Wellness Coordinator coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of a sustainable CAHS corporate health and wellness program designed to maintain and positively influence the physical and psychological health and wellness of employees and volunteers. This role contributes towards a comprehensive CAHS health and wellness strategy inclusive of health promotion, education/training, activities, events and other initiatives underpinned by evidence based research and best practice corporate health and wellness programs. You will also support CAHS Executive services by promoting health and wellness as a long term strategy to promote and facilitate a healthy workforce.

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
