As a member of our award-winning team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service for our MASE (Meetings & Special Events) functions. Roles are also available on Major Events days are spread across our Premium Hospitality Spaces, including:

Each area offers unique service styles, requiring a versatile and dynamic workforce to maintain our ‘Fans First’ experience.
- Experience & Skills: 2+ years' experience working floor or bar service in a restaurant, function venue or hotel is required, and you must hold a valid RSA.
- Availability: We need team members who are available to work across various functions running 7 days a week. Functions can start as early as 6am for breakfasts and finish as late as 3am for gala balls. We also have positions available to join our Major Events day teams in our Premium Hospitality Spaces.
