Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 per annum excluding superannuation

About Us

T&L Global Food Supply Pty Ltd has established a number of NP Supermarkets around the Perth metropolitan area – comprising of NP Girrawheen, NP Carousel, NP Cash & Carry, NP Import Export (Beaufort), NP Grower Market Morley and NP Grower Market (South Lake), which cater to thousands of customers each day.

We pride ourselves in offering our customers with the highest quality and widest range of Asian groceries, including snacks, spices, ingredients and frozen items, along with fresh fruits and vegetables.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant to support our senior leadership team. You will be working and reporting to the Director directly.

The Role

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to a senior leader, including managing complex calendars, handling correspondence, and attending meetings on their behalf. We are looking for someone who consistently upholds the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality and applies a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach to work.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate various projects and provide regular updates to the Director.
Manage calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Liaise with staff across the organisation on matters relating to operational activities.
Research and prepare reports, briefing notes, memos, correspondence, and other routine documents.
Interpret between English and Vietnamese during meetings/calls or when necessary.
Translate documents between English and Vietnamese as required.
Take and transcribe dictation for letters and other documents.
Maintain confidential files and oversee document control processes.
Book ad-hoc travel and accommodation for business trips and official visits.

Skills and Qualifications Required

We are looking for someone with:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
Professional proficiency or fluency in both English and Vietnamese, which is required for day-to-day business operations.
Experience in interpreting/translating between English and Vietnamese, which is preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with confidential information, senior stakeholders, and commercially sensitive material.
Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with additional proficiency in data analytics and accounting systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with local staff and cross-border teams.
Experience in cross-border business, which is highly desirable.
