WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Due to continued growth across our WA operations, ENAEX Australia is seeking experienced and safety-focused Shotfirers and MPU Operators to join our team. Based across our Western Australia sites, these hands-on roles suit individuals who thrive in a fast-paced mining environment and take pride in delivering safe, high-quality blasting outcomes. Whether your strength is in shot firing or MPU operations, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a team-first mindset, and a genuine commitment to our values - Our Priority – Life, Our Vocation – Customers, Our Strength – Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Our Obsession – Excellence.
- Current WA Shotfirer licence and/or proven experience operating Mobile Processing Units (MPU)
- Demonstrated experience in surface blasting operations and/or bulk explosive delivery
- Strong understanding of blast plans, load sheets, and site compliance requirements
- Dangerous Goods licence and current manual driver’s licence (HR highly regarded)
- Confident communicator with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- A proactive approach to safety, aligned with our Zero Harm commitment and company values
