WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Enaex Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest from safety-focused and motivated individuals looking to join our WA operations across a range of site-based roles.
We are recruiting across multiple disciplines and experience levels, from entry-level trainees through to experienced operators, supervisors, and leadership roles.
These opportunities suit candidates who thrive in mining environments, are adaptable across sites, and are committed to delivering safe, high-quality outcomes aligned to our values —

Operations (Site-Based):
- MPU Operators
- Leading Hand Operators
- Site Supervisors
- Blast Technicians
- Relief Operators
- Trainees
Maintenance & Support:
- Field Technicians (Fitters)
- Maintenance Supervisors
- Operator/ Trainers
Leadership & Technical:
- Area Managers
- Operations Superintendents
- Regional Managers
Ideally you will have;
- Experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry (role dependent)
- A strong commitment to safety and Zero Harm
- Ability to work both independently and within teams
- Flexibility to work across WA-based operations (FIFO/site-based)
- Relevant tickets, licences, or qualifications (where required)
