Autoleague Midland is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and motivated full-time Content Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience across one of Western Australia's largest automotive hubs. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll help bring our brands to life by creating engaging content, supporting digital campaigns and showcasing everything from the latest vehicle launches to dealership events and customer stories.

About the Role
As a Content Marketing Assistant, you will:

Assist in creating engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns and digital advertising

Capture photo and video content across our dealerships, events and vehicle launches

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and dealership events
-
Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms
-
Assist with website updates and ensure marketing content remains current and engaging

Coordinate marketing materials, promotional merchandise and supplier requirements
-
Assist with general marketing administration, including stocktakes, uniform orders and promotional merchandise ordering

Monitor social media engagement and assist with reporting on campaign performance

Work collaboratively with dealership teams to promote vehicles, products, services and special offers

Stay up to date with social media trends, digital marketing and emerging content ideas
About You
You are:

Passionate about marketing, content creation and social media

Creative with a great eye for photography, video and visual storytelling

A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn

Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

A collaborative team player who enjoys working with different departments

Flexible to occasionally support weekend dealership events and promotions

Full working rights (no work restriction)
Essential Requirements

Qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or currently studying towards one (desirable but not essential)

Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok is highly regarded

Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is advantageous

Current WA Driver's Licence
