Childcare Workers (Full-time Permanent)
Salary: $79,500 - $90,000 per annum plus superannuation
Responsibilities / Job Description:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs for children
- Develop, implement and evaluate daily care routines
- Prepare materials and equipment to support children's learning and development
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and observations
- Provide experiences that support children's play and learning
- Support and supervise children's daily routines
- Promote the inclusion of all children
- Maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with centre policies, procedures and health and safety requirements
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment for children and staff
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant early childhood qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an early childhood education and care service preferred
- Full-time availability preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Senior Educators
Salary: Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities / Job Description:
- Provide education and care for babies, toddlers and children.
- Lead the preparation of materials and equipment to support children's learning and development.
- Provide experiences to support children's play and learning.
- Develop positive and respectful relationships with children.
- Ensure the health and safety of children.
- Support and supervise the daily routines of children.
- Support the inclusion of all children.
- Support children to develop cooperative behaviour.
- Be responsible for ensuring a safe environment is maintained for both staff and children.
- Be responsible for ensuring that records are maintained accurately for each child in their care.
- Develop, implement and evaluate daily care routines.
- Ensure that the centre or service's policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Be responsible, in consultation with the Manager/Educational Leader, for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of a developmentally appropriate program for individual children or groups.
- Liaise with families.
Successful applicants will:
- Hold a Diploma qualification or higher
- Have experience leading a room or mentoring educators
- Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills
- Have current working rights in Australia
- Be available for full-time employment
