This is an exceptional opportunity for a graduate looking to develop a strong foundation in defendant insurance law and gain exposure to complex, high quality workers’ compensation matters from the very beginning of their career. You will be involved in a diverse range of work including claim investigations, liability assessments, legal research, drafting correspondence and court documents, preparing matters for conferences and hearings and assisting lawyers with client management and litigation strategy.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and commercially minded Law Graduate who is eager to build a long term career in insurance and personal injury litigation.
You will bring:
- Recently completed or be close to completing a Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor (or equivalent).
- Strong academic results and excellent written communication skills.
- A genuine interest in litigation, insurance law and workers’ compensation matters.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Confidence communicating with clients and stakeholders.
