Join a beautiful garden venue where great coffee, good service and a warm team actually matter.
The Rustic Secret Garden is a premium restaurant and event space in Penrith. We serve High Tea, à la carte dining, weddings and private events in a glasshouse-and-garden setting — and we're looking for a confident all-rounder to run our bar and coffee station.

What you'll be doing

Making consistently excellent coffee — espresso, milk texturing, latte art a bonus
Serving beer, wine and cocktails responsibly at our bar
Looking after guests on the floor: greeting, taking orders, running food, clearing
Setting up and packing down bar and coffee stations for service and events
Helping the team deliver High Tea, functions and weekend service smoothly
