Bar & Barista All-Rounder — The Rustic Secret Garden, Mulgoa Penrith

- The Rustic Secret Garden is a premium restaurant and event space in Penrith. We serve High Tea, à la carte dining, weddings and private events in a glasshouse-and-garden setting — and we're looking for a confident all-rounder to run our bar and coffee station.
What you'll be doing
- Making consistently excellent coffee — espresso, milk texturing, latte art a bonus
- Serving beer, wine and cocktails responsibly at our bar
- Looking after guests on the floor: greeting, taking orders, running food, clearing
- Setting up and packing down bar and coffee stations for service and events
- Helping the team deliver High Tea, functions and weekend service smoothly
What you'll need
- Current NSW RSA certificate — essential
- Minimum 6 months' paid barista experience (café, restaurant or venue)
- Genuine weekend availability — Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days
- Warm, polished customer service and a calm head under pressure
- Broad hospitality skills — happy to jump between bar, coffee and floor
- Right to work in Australia
Nice to have
- Cocktail or function bar experience
- Experience in a wedding or events venue
- Coffee training or barista certification
