Full Job Description

BRC is looking for a Leading Hand Roofer or an Experienced Roofing Labourer to join our growing team.

We deliver a range of commercial roofing projects across Sydney and pride ourselves on quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork. Positions Available

Leading Hand Roofer

Proven experience in commercial metal roofing.
Confident leading a crew and coordinating daily site activities.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Strong focus on safety and ensuring the team works safely and efficiently.

Experienced Roofing Labourer

Previous roofing experience preferred.
Willingness to learn and develop your skills.
Positive attitude, reliable, and motivated to grow within the company.

What You'll Need

Experience in commercial metal roofing.
White Card.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
Own basic hand tools.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Commitment to working safely and following site procedures.
Leadership skills or the ability to mentor and guide others (Leading Hand role).
