Full Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated PA / Accounts Administrator to join our boutique Sydney-based recruitment consultancy, Fusion People. The role provides administrative, accounts, and operational support to a collaborative team, including the Managing Director. This is a permanent, full-time position offering hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, exposure to senior leadership, and clear career growth into EA or Operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and accounts.
Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
Prepare reports and presentations as required by the director.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Australian Citizen or have permanent residency or permanent working rights
