Full Job Description

Design & Documentation

Expert level proficiency in Revit is required for this position
Assist in design development and documentation
Produce DA, CC & CDC documentation
Strong understanding of BCA , NCC
Ensure all drawings are accurate, compliant, and buildable. Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail are essential

Project Types

You will work across a diverse range of projects, including:

Residential (new homes, alterations & additions, duplexes)
Commercial developments
Childcare / Daycare centres
Cafés / hospitality
Medical practices
Aged care & NDIS/SIL projects

Site Coordination & Project Management

Attend and assist with site meetings and inspections, as required
Coordinate with:
Clients
Consultants (BCA, structural, services, planners)
Builders and subcontractors
Monitor and track project progress and timelines to meet the quality and time
Assist with RFIs, site instructions, and issue resolution
Support contract administration and project delivery

Skills & Experience

Proficiency in:
Revit (essential)
Vectorworks
Adobe Photoshop
Microsoft Office
Strong knowledge of:
DA, CDC & CC approval processes (NSW)
BCA , NCC
Ability to:
Manage multiple projects
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Work independently and within a team
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in architectural practice is required.
Australian architecture degree is required for this position.
Valid Australian work visa is required for this position.
