In this role, you'll:

Working at the forefront of customer-facing innovation, this role will see you apply your broad architectural expertise to lead a small, high-performing team of solution architects, shaping the future of trip planning, ticketing, and tolling.

This role will see you prepare TfNSW for technology change, establish robust structure around governance forums, and manage architecture delivery across high-volume, low-value customer transaction environments. You’ll have opportunities to champion cardholder information protection and cyber security best practices, while expertly balancing resource constraints and project prioritisation.

About you

You are an adaptable, hands-on architectural generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment where domain-specific agility, strict data protection, and complex stakeholder expectations must be carefully balanced.

Your strong generalist architecture, governance, and resource management skills will see you excel in driving high-volume customer-facing systems, leading team of 4, and navigating tight resource allocations without compromising on security or delivery.

You’re recognised as a trusted architecture leader, skilled at guiding teams through complex technology transformations, and experienced in safeguarding critical customer systems in an enterprise environment.
