Job Description
Our next General Manager will be a passionate, innovative, and results-driven leader with a strong background in the hospitality industry, including relevant experience as a General Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take charge of a thriving hotel, and lead a dedicated team to success.
You will be responsible for:

Leading, inspiring and developing an exceptional team of hospitality professionals to enable their individual growth and help drive the overall success of the business

Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience

Supporting all departments in the achievement of operational targets

Overseeing the marketing and sales efforts to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Championing employee engagement, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment for all our Heartists
A qualification in hotel management, hospitality management, commerce or business administration would be highly regarded.
Qualifications
About you

A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and delivering outstanding financial results.

Demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs

Passionate to develop self and others
