We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our Norwood Pharmacy team on a full-time basis.

About the role:

Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with our customers, over the phone and in person, to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
Have a proactive approach in engaging store team to achieve KPIs and targets in order to increase store success and performance.
Lead with passion in giving our members the best value for money on health products and services.
Provide the team with support and guidance in the areas of training and development in the pursuit for continuous improvement.
Manage rosters and timekeeping for all OTC team members.
Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores.
Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

Skills and Experiences:
The ideal candidate demonstrates:

Relevant retail and people management experience - preferably in Pharmacy.
Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others.
Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs.
Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services National Pharmacies offers.
Adaptability and flexibility
