We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our Norwood Pharmacy team on a full-time basis.
About the role:
- Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with our customers, over the phone and in person, to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
- Have a proactive approach in engaging store team to achieve KPIs and targets in order to increase store success and performance.
- Lead with passion in giving our members the best value for money on health products and services.
- Provide the team with support and guidance in the areas of training and development in the pursuit for continuous improvement.
- Manage rosters and timekeeping for all OTC team members.
- Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores.
- Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
Skills and Experiences:
The ideal candidate demonstrates:
- Relevant retail and people management experience - preferably in Pharmacy.
- Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others.
- Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs.
- Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
- Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services National Pharmacies offers.
- Adaptability and flexibility
