Our SEQ Design team is looking for a passionate and self-motivated Senior Landscape Architect to join our Sunshine Coast Studio. In this role, you’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the award-winning standard we’re known for.
We’re looking for someone who is a drafting and/or graphic powerhouse, someone who enjoys translating ideas into outstanding design outcomes and is eager to continue developing their expertise. You’ll work alongside experienced designers, planners, and technical specialists who are committed to sharing their knowledge, helping you grow your skills, expand your confidence, and advance your career.
- Lead and coordinate project documentation, ensuring outcomes are creative, practical, and people-focused.
- Develop design concepts and construction packages that communicate vision and precision.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and our talented internal teams — including our BIM specialists.
- Contribute to project administration and delivery, managing time, cost, and quality.
- Grow your expertise through professional development and exposure to diverse project types.
- Be a part of a growing team by fostering the skills of junior staff.
We are looking for thoughtful, enthusiastic designers who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and learning from those around them.
You will bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture (AILA registration or pathway desirable).
- Strong design and graphic communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and/or CAD software.
- Good understanding of South East Queensland’s landscapes, plants, and climate.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- The ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and with clients.
- Full working rights in Australia (citizen, PR, or valid full-time visa).
