Employment Type: Ongoing | Part-time | 53.2 hours a fortnight
Salary: Social & Community Services Level 5 | $53.42 to $55.84 per hour + Super

Our Housing Support Programs Team walk alongside women and gender diverse people, offering person-centred support that helps them feel safe, seen and empowered to build the future they want.

This newly created role offers an opportunity to work as a senior practitioner - supporting leaders and strengthening practice across the team. You will play a key role in building capability, providing guidance, and contributing to a consistent, high-quality service approach.

Every day, you will create safe and inclusive spaces, nurture connection and resilience, and champion social justice in practical and meaningful ways. You will collaborate closely with residents, partners and colleagues, using your professional expertise and compassion to support positive change.
