Description:
About the role

Based in Pakenham VIC & reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure all R&M as well as building installation meets the required standards.

This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools.

As a Team Leader, you will:

Ensure all installation & maintenance activities are completed in accordance with Onsite policies, processes, and procedures
Deliver installation projects within budget and as per agreed schedules. This will include the use of contractors for larger projects
Resolve any service issues with hire items on site and ensure accurate recording of asset numbers for exchanges
Oversee the mobilization and de mobilization of all buildings and projects. As well as all repairs and maintenance
Obtain quotes for repair and prioritise & arrange the completion of repairs to maximise asset availability to meet hires
Provide technical and pricing support to internal stakeholders for project specific requirements.
Monitor the completion of installations at site level to ensure customer expectations are met

Skills and Experiences:
Skills and experience

Along with sound mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills, our ideal candidate will have:

Knowledge of relevant building codes and practical requirements
Strong experience in estimation, pricing, and cost control
Confident communicator
Experience coordinating and managing transport & logistics
Ability to successfully manage contractors and suppliers
