You'll also gain exposure to executive level processes and decision making, building valuable capability in project delivery and government operations.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide project and administrative support using established project management approaches, including scheduling, reporting, governance, procurement and stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver high quality business support across finance, HR, procurement, travel and records management to ensure effective operations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide timely advice and updates to project managers.
- Prepare and contribute to high quality briefings, reports, submissions and other materials to support government decision making.
- Coordinate and track internal business requests, ensuring approvals, documentation and timeframes are met.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including across government agencies.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
