Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the cinema on shift, ensuring smooth, safe and seamless operations for our customers.
Lead, supervise and support team members across the location, including training and promptly addressing any performance, training or safety concerns.
Manage day to day cash control, including balancing safes and registers, and complete accurate end of shift and end of week reporting.
Maintain a safe working environment, upholding WHS procedures and appropriately actioning and reporting any incidents.
Deliver an elevated level of customer service on every shift, responding to feedback and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Support the smooth delivery of campaigns, promotions and events in line with company timelines and standards.

What You’ll Bring

Previous supervisory experience.
Excellent communication skills, with confidence leading, coaching and developing a team.
A customer first mindset, with strong attention to detail and high personal standards.
Flexibility to work a rotational roster across evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Current First Aid Certificate and RSA (or willingness to obtain).
Above average computer literacy, with confidence using rostering and reporting systems.
