We’re now looking for a proactive and professional Administration Officer to join our Toowoomba site. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety in your day, and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares, this could be your next great move.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our go-to admin superstar, you’ll be the friendly face of our site and the engine behind our daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming visitors and managing reception and phone enquiries
Supporting basic finance tasks
Processing orders and coordinating deliveries via SAP
Booking and preparing freight paperwork through carrier portals
Reconciling pallet movements and preparing pallet transfers
Maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling general admin duties

What You’ll Bring

Admin experience and strong attention to detail
Great communication and customer service skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar)
Professional presentation and a can-do attitude
