Indika Berry has established itself as a premier fine dining restaurant in Berry, NSW 2535 catering to both locals and tourists seeking quality dining experiences in a Indian setting.

We serve more than just extremely delicious home-style food at very affordable prices. We pride ourselves on making your time with us the most welcoming and enjoyable experience possible.

Currently we seeking applications from experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our operational team in berry nsw

The ideal candidate/s will have the following skills and experience:

 3 years + experiences in a management stream in hospitality sectors

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to Recruiting, training and supervising staff

 The ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere

 Complete all work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.

 Anticipate and attend to the guest’s requirements and desires immediately.

 Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the restaurant’s menus

 Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice

 Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members

 Maintain high standards and lead by example

Key Qualifications & experience

 Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with

outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Diploma /Bachelor qualification in

the similar stream.

Tasks & responsibilities (but not limited)

 Manage rostering, staffing, and stock management, navigate restaurant compliance,

oversee profit & loss, budgets, promotion, and supporting the kitchen team for new

menu as per the market needs.

As a successful candidate, you will be offered immediate start and on a negotiable salary

Candidates with Australian citizens or permanent residency will be preferred.

This is the immediate position and candidate are encouraged to apply with detailed resume.
