We're a Sydney mortgage and finance business with a fintech tool built for brokers - it reads a client's payslips and works out their borrowing capacity in minutes. We're growing, and we want two hungry people to help brokers discover it.
What you'll do
- Reach out to mortgage brokers - by phone, email, and in person around Sydney's North Shore
- Run a quick demo of the product and sign brokers up
- Keep brokers using it and coming back
- Work alongside the founder, who will coach you every step
What you get
- A base salary ($60,000-$70,000 + super, pro-rata for part-time) PLUS uncapped commission - the more brokers you bring on, the more you earn
- Open to full-time or part-time - broker outreach doesn't need to be full-time
- One-on-one mentoring from an experienced, licensed mortgage broker

Who we're looking for
- Motivated, great with people, and keen on finance and property
- Serious about a career in mortgage broking
- Confident on the phone and in person
- North Shore local a plus
- No heavy experience needed - we'll train you
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking a plus (or we'll help you get it)
- A second language (e.g. Mandarin) welcome
- Australian working rights
