Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Porter to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a Porter, you will be the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the hotel. This role is key to ensuring a personalised guest experience throughout their stay. Recommend dining, entertainment, shopping, tours and sightseeing options

Assist with valet parking, organising airport transfers and taxis

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, entrance, and baggage areas

Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

Exceptional customer service skills

6 months of experience as a Porter or in a similar role

Experience in a 5-star hotel environment

Knowledge of Foxtel entertainment system desirable

Valid Manual NT Full C-Class Driver’s license is essential

Commercial passenger vehicle licence (H endorsement) or willingness to obtain if successful

Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays
