Welcome guests on arrival, guide them to their rooms, explain amenities and services, and assist throughout their stay

Assist with valet parking, organising airport transfers and taxis, and manage luggage to and from rooms

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, entrance, and baggage areas

Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

Exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude, and professional appearance

At least 6-months of experience as a Porter or in a similar role

Experience in a 5-star hotel environment

Knowledge of Movielink and Vingcard systems

Valid Manual NT Full Driver’s license - C & B class

Commercial passenger vehicle licence (H endorsement) or willingness to obtain if successful

Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends, and public holidays
