Full Job Description

Come and join a progressive organisation delivering community-led programs with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service.

Full-Time Temporary

37.5 hours per week

$88,861.50 - $103,623.00 per annum (pro-rata)

Total Effective Package*

$110,207.00 - $127,038.00

About the Role

This role partners with our managers to provide the end-to-end Congress talent management process, including request to recruit, advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, contract preparation and on-boarding to ensure top talent is placed in our business.

As a Talent Partner you'll work with candidates, helping to guide them through the application process and assess their suitability for particular roles. You'll also work closely with managers to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements and help them to find suitable employees.

To be considered for this position, you will require:

Diploma in Human Resources or similar or relevant experience.
Ability to maintain excellent attention to detail and high level administration skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and operate professionally at all levels of the business.
Demonstrated ability to deal with change and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing working environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team.
