The Role

As a Guest Service Agent at Kings Canyon Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with various front desk operations.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
Familiarity with RMS or a similar Reservation Booking System is an advantage
Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office
Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays
A valid driver's license is essential

This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
