Alice Dental Associates is looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Dental Practice Manager to lead our team and help ensure the smooth, professional and positive operation of our dental practice in Alice Springs.
We are seeking an experienced manager who is empathetic, organised, energetic and solutions-focused, with a genuine passion for supporting people and creating a great experience for both patients and staff.
About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the practice, overseeing the day-to-day operations while supporting, developing and motivating our team.
You will be someone who leads by example, builds strong relationships, and creates a workplace where people feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the dental practice.
Provide positive, supportive and empathetic leadership to the entire team.
Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members.
Mentor and motivate staff to achieve their professional and personal potential.
Lead by example and foster a positive, respectful and collaborative workplace culture.
Manage staff performance, rosters, leave and day-to-day team requirements.
Ensure the practice operates efficiently and provides an exceptional patient experience.
Support the team in managing patient enquiries, concerns and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Identify opportunities to improve practice systems, processes and patient services.
Work closely with dentists and the broader team to achieve practice goals.
Assist with administrative, financial and operational management of the practice.
Ensure practice policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are followed.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and teamwork.

- Dental or healthcare practice management experience is highly regarded, but strong management experience in another industry will also be considered.
