The Role

We're looking for a Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sydney team.

You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, connecting with business owners, understanding their needs, and creating qualified opportunities for our Business Development team.

Engage potential customers through outbound calls and follow-ups
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Speak with business owners to understand their needs
Introduce KPay's solutions and create interest
Book qualified appointments for the Business Development team
Manage follow-ups and maintain a strong prospect pipeline
Work towards individual activity and performance targets
Learn from experienced sales professionals through structured training and coaching

What We're Looking For

Students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals looking to start or build a career in sales
Confident, outgoing, and engaging communicator
Motivated by targets and achieving results
Resilient, proactive, and willing to learn
Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, not essential
Available to work part-time from our Sydney CBD office
