About The Role
Sentral, Australia’s leading school management platform, is seeking a Commercial & Delivery Lead to support commercial outcomes, customer engagement, and delivery excellence across our business.
Reporting to the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will be the central coordination point for tenders, contracts, governance, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery. This role requires a highly organised professional who can manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and ensure a seamless experience for customers and internal teams.
Salary
The salary for this position is $140k+ superannuation.
What you’ll own

Lead and coordinate end-to-end RFPs, tenders, and contract workflows, ensuring submissions and approvals are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Act as the key point of coordination between customers, leadership, and internal teams to drive commercial and delivery outcomes.

Manage governance activities, including meeting cadences, agendas, actions, risks, and executive reporting.

Maintain program documentation, reporting, and delivery tracking to ensure visibility, accountability, and progress.

Support the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team with strategic communications, briefings, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.

Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, contract management, and delivery performance.
What you’ll bring

Experience in commercial operations, program delivery, PMO, executive support, or a similar coordination-focused role.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong experience supporting tenders, contracts, governance processes, or customer-facing delivery programs.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and external customers.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to produce high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation.

A proactive, highly organised, and professional approach, with strong discretion and a focus on continuous improvement.

Experience in SaaS, technology, or education sectors.

Exposure to government procurement, tenders, or Department of Education engagements.

PMO, project governance, or delivery management experience.

Experience leveraging automation and emerging technologies to improve business processes.
